IT’S EASY TO GET STARTED! WHAT TO KNOW:

Get Up and Running Right Away. We’ve enabled Single-Sign-On (SSO) to KP.org portal and an embedded SDK on the mobile app, making it simple to add members and regions without requiring additional development.

Skip the negotiations. We’ve signed a national Master Services Agreement with Kaiser permanente, and program pricing has already been approved.

No regional audit needed. CirrusMD has passed all accessibility audits, TRO security review, and penetration testing. We are in a cycle of regular review, so an additional audit isn’t needed for your region.

Integrate without the headache. Fox 31 Denver featured KPCO’s Chat with a Doctor App on the evening news on 12/5.

DENVER -- The Centers for Disease Control reports approximately 140 million people visit the emergency room each year and about 9 percent end up having to be hospitalized.

Telemedicine is providing a remedy for those who want to save time and avoid costly co-pays when a trip to the ER isn’t necessary.

Kaiser Permanente’s “Chat With A Doctor” feature allows patients to get real time medical advice from doctors who have access to their medical records.

New mom Jessica Ruiz tells FOX31 she used the feature when her three-and-a-half month old daughter developed flu-like symptoms, “I realized that taking her into the emergency room  might expose her to even more germs.”

She contacted a pediatrician on her app and received immediate home care instructions.

The doctor answered questions during the next week, until Jessica’s baby was well again.

New promotions FOR Kaiser Permanente Colorado CHAT WITH A DOCTOR

CirrusMD and KPCO partnered to create marketing videos for two key Chat with a Doctor opportunity segments: Young & Healthy Users and Economic Non-Users. The videos will be promoted via email, social and web.

 
 

Economic Non-User Members

Everyday barriers like time and money dissuade Economic Non-Users from accessing care. To help drive awareness of the KP Chat with a Doctor app, we focused our messaging on easily addressing common but important-to-manage issues like blood pressure and checking up on prescription coverage without even leaving the office.

Young & Healthy Members

Those in the Young & Healthy segment often don’t visit a physician because they don’t really need to. In order to promote usage of KP’s Chat with a Doctor app, we focused on how easy and convenient it can be to access a physician for ongoing issues that can affect every day quality of life, like asthma.
