CirrusMD, a text-based virtual care platform, today announced it has been selected by Minneapolis-based retailer, Target Corporation to provide telehealth services to Target team members throughout the U.S.
Using the CirrusMD telehealth platform, full-time and part-time Target employees — including dependent family members —can securely text, share images, video chat, or talk live with a virtual physician regardless of whether they have enrollment in a Target health insurance plan.
This is part of Target’s efforts to significantly invest in the health, well-being and safety of their team members. Click here to download the CirrusMD app or login.Read more about the partnership between Target and CirrusMD here.
CirrusMD is a different kind of telemedicine company.
In less than 60 seconds, Target team members can connect with a board-certified physician using our text-based service, then conduct a healthcare consultation at their pace and convenience. No appointments required.
Because all healthcare encounters can be privately conducted via text, employees can use CirrusMD whenever and wherever they like.
Our clinicians treat a broad range of conditions, from acute to chronic, and from primary care to specialty areas, including mental wellness services.
CirrusMD's telehealth services are available as a health benefit perk by self-insured employers, employee benefits brokers, and health insurance plans. For questions about eligibility, please check with your Target benefits administrator.
