Jamie Hall is the President and Chief Executive Officer of CirrusMD.
Previously he served as Chief Commercial Officer at Transcarent and General Manager of BridgeHealth. As CCO, he was responsible for the commercial strategy and overall growth and business development at Transcarent. In that role, he lead sales, marketing, and client success strategies to drive business growth and increase market share. As GM, he directed core BridgeHealth initiatives, including program expansion.
Prior to its acquisition by Transcarent, Jamie served as President and Chief Executive Officer of BridgeHealth. Jamie joined BridgeHealth in August of 2018 as Chief Growth Officer to reposition the company’s sales, marketing, product and business development teams for growth and scalability. During his tenure as Chief Growth Officer, he also led client services, provider strategy and the business intelligence teams, and implemented some of BridgeHealth’s most transformational solutions, which are now part of Transcarent.
Jamie brings 30 years of experience in healthcare, starting with the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. From there, his passion for improving how healthcare is experienced in the U.S. led him to work with early-stage, health technology and services companies innovating in the areas of Member engagement and patient experience. Prior to BridgeHealth, he held several executive leadership roles, including Chief Growth Officer at LifeNexus and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at CareWise Health. He also served as Senior Vice President of National Sales and Marketing at Landacorp, a SHPS company.
Jamie lives in the Bay Area with his wife, two children and their dog Juju. When not chasing his dog and kids, he can be found enjoying the California outdoors – skiing, biking, surfing, and hiking.
As Chief of Staff for CirrusMD, Tom Iyoob works closely with the executive team to grow and scale this innovative on-demand virtual care business. Tom brings the expertise to help build scalable, high-growth infrastructure and provide management guidance.
Tom's leadership skills have been honed throughout his career. As the founding partner of management consulting firm Velocity Plus, LLC, Tom designed strategies for high-growth companies, and throughout his career, built and sold three successful businesses.
Previously, Tom held executive positions at IBM and several affiliated companies, leading teams across high growth / high risk lines of business. He is recognized for combining proprietary scaling technology with proven business operating systems to deliver rapid and measurable results. Tom is an advisor with the Blackstone Entrepreneurs Network and has been the Entrepreneur-in-Residence for The Company Lab, a regional incubator in the Southeast. Tom graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a degree in Accounting.
As Chief Operating Officer, Drew Moldane focuses on implementing company strategy and oversees product, technology, data, legal, privacy and member support. With extensive experience in finance and operations, Drew’s leadership role also includes corporate strategy & planning, fundraising and investor relations.
Drew works across the CirrusMD organization to drive efficient, scalable operations and alignment, helping position every area of the business for growth. Throughout his tenure, Drew has developed the company’s foundational pricing, clinical staffing and financial models, designed the strategy and oversaw the operational launch of the CirrusMD Provider Network, and drove negotiations for foundational CirrusMD sales.
Prior to CirrusMD, Drew served in a variety of corporate finance, M&A, corporate development and operational finance roles at Zayo Group, leading a number of global acquisitions. He graduated from the University of Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in Finance.
Donna Baldwin, D.O. is the Chief Quality & Innovation Officer for nationwide Primary Care telehealth company, CirrusMD. She is board certified in Family Medicine and Medical Acupuncture and has over 20 years experience in traditional family medicine and telemedicine. In her role, Dr. Baldwin ensures the development and utilization of quality standards to provide updated, evidence-based primary care telehealth to employer groups, health plans, and underserved patients.
Dr. Baldwin is passionate about providing high quality, compassionate care to her patients, and believes that equitable care for patients of all ages can be delivered through telemedicine. She graduated from the Kansas City University - College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2000 and completed residency at the University of Colorado Family Medicine Residency Program in 2003.
Somar recently served as Executive Vice President of Sales for health and care experience company, Transcarent. He brings more than 25 years of experience scaling innovative, high growth healthcare companies. In his new role, he will oversee CirrusMD Marketing, Sales, Business Development and Client Success functions.
Dr. Justin Chang leads the CirrusMD Provider Network, a nationwide network of physicians that provide expert care to CirrusMD patients in all 50 states. Justin combines clinical and business-based best practices to ensure scalability and accessibility of CirrusMD solutions.
As a board-certified emergency physician, Justin brings over 20 year's experience caring for patients in emergency departments, hospitals and integrated delivery systems. Prior to CirrusMD, Justin worked for 15 years within Kaiser Permanente of Colorado, holding a number of leadership positions including Chief of Emergency Services, hospital operations, and Vice President with responsibilities including hospitals, contracting, care delivery, and most recently, quality and innovation.
Justin graduated from the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine, and completed his residency training at Denver Health where he served as Chief Resident.
As the Senior Vice President, Marketing and Brand Strategy, Christine Bailey is responsible for marketing strategy and brand development for CirrusMD.
Christine brings 20+ years of leadership experience to this newly created role. She has led marketing for numerous organizations including Transcarent, BridgeHealth and LifeNexus, where she has created and implemented new strategic initiatives that influence large-scale market trends, ultimately building opportunities for company growth and innovation.
Christine has served as the marketing executive in a number of digital health startup organizations, leading the marketing team through a merger and acquisition as well as the company’s launch. Previous roles allowed Christine to develop expertise in sales enablement, product commercialization, B2B and B2C growth strategies.
Christine has a B.A. in English from Truman State University in Missouri, and lives in the Phoenix, Arizona area with her three growing boys. She enjoys many outdoor activities including stand-up paddle boarding and biking.
As the Senior Vice President, Product Management & Innovation, Tanya Dillard is responsible for product innovation and development for CirrusMD.
In this new role, Tanya brings a blend of thought leadership and innovation honed through various leadership positions spanning public and private health delivery systems, CIGNA, Anthem, and point solutions including Vitality, Welltok, BridgeHealth and Transcarent. With expertise in building energized strategy and product teams, Tanya will lead the development of new groundbreaking products and services needed to reinvent the way care is delivered today.
Tanya’s unique background creates a strong focus on the transformation enabled by digital health systems, and advancement of new care delivery models that improve the health and well-being of all participants seeking care.Tanya has a B.S. from Clemson University in Public Health and Health Science. She lives in the Denver, Colorado area, with her partner Nathaniel, with whom she shares 3 children who are scattered across the country at various jobs and colleges. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, outdoor fitness activities, travel, and vegan food and wine experiences.
As the Senior VP of Client Success, Ryan Flynn leads the team that owns the day-to-day and strategic relationships with existing health plan, employer, broker, reseller, and health system clients.
Ryan’s client success philosophy is to focus on developing and maintaining long-term business partnerships by serving as a trusted advisor and internal advocate for the customer.
With a passion for finding solutions to disrupt traditional health care, Ryan has over 15 years of health care professional experience as an individual contributor managing clients and in leadership roles building teams. Ryan has a diverse background working in both large national health plans and early-stage start-up organizations. Ryan most recently held the VP of Enterprise Account Management role at MDLIVE.
Ryan has a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University with a major in Operations Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship and currently lives in Parker, Colorado.
As the Vice President of Payor Relations, Carrie Keener is responsible for the strategy and growth of our payer market.
Carrie brings 24+ years of leadership experience with start-ups, high growth, and evolving technology companies. She has been an individual contributor as well as managed all aspects of client growth, delivery, and strategy, including implementation, operations, and member engagement.
Previously she served as the Vice President of Client Success at BridgeHealth and their acquirer, Transcarent. As VP, she was responsible for customer implementations and integrations as well as the overall growth, strategy, retention, and service delivery for all of Transcarent’s clients. During her leadership, Carrie retained 100% of her clients and achieved a 90 NPS score across the membership base.
Carrie has a master’s degree in Human Resources from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University. Carrie lives in the Cleveland, Ohio area with her husband, three children and two dogs.
Kevin leads the platform and product engineering teams, ensuring our care delivery platform, partner services and end user experiences are reliable, resilient, accessible and usability focused. Kevin has over 20 years of experience leading technology initiatives in startup, higher education and healthcare industries.
Kevin holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from the University of Dayton and M.S. in Information Communication Technologies for Development from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
A midwesterner at heart, Kevin and family has made Denver, CO home after over two decades of joyful sun and snow adventures.
Previously, Scott was a Partner at the Colorado Impact Fund (CIF) and led CirrusMD’s Series A from that role. While at CIF, Scott managed investments in healthcare, workforce development, clean tech and other sectors while executing on the fund’s impact investing strategy. He also stepped into interim finance roles with multiple portfolio companies to drive improved operations while facilitating fundraising and exit events.
Overall, Scott has 15 years of experience working in finance and with mission-driven organizations. He started his career in the healthcare investment banking group at Credit Suisse before focusing on infrastructure investing at the International Finance Corporation, the private sector arm of the World Bank. He also has worked as an 8th grade math teacher for District of Columbia Public Schools and remains passionate about education and workforce issues in currently serving on the Emily Griffith Technical College Foundation Board.
Scott earned a BA in economics from Cornell University and received his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Ford Fellow and Palmer Scholar. He lives in Denver with his wife and three children, and enjoys golfing and jogging with his dog in his free time.
