New ways to drive engagement, equity & outcomes for Medicaid members

Increasing Medicaid member engagement is difficult, especially when established strategies begin to falter. Maryland Physicians Care decided to throw out the old playbook, and take a different approach to increasing enrollment, utilization and engagement for its MyVirtualMPC virtual care service.

Hear first-hand from MPC’s Chief Operating Officer, Chuck Buseck on the innovative strategies that jump-started engagement for MyVirtualMPC and led to utilization rates 3X higher than the national average for Medicaid members.

Mr. Buseck will be joined by Dr. Donna Baldwin, Chief Clinical Quality & Innovation Officer at CirrusMD. She will share her clinical perspective on how virtual care can help Medicaid patients receive more effective, higher quality care. Dr. Baldwin will discuss ways to achieve more equitable access and outcomes, and establish a more comprehensive, cost effective care model for Medicaid members. Participants will learn:
